RETURN POLICY

At Frisbiee Digital Marketing, we strive to provide high quality service and customer satisfaction. We understand that situations may arise that require cancellation of a service or request for a refund. This policy sets out our terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds, in accordance with the laws of Peru and other applicable regulations.


Cancellation of Services

Cancellation period: Customers may cancel contracted services within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase without incurring penalties.

Cancellation process: To cancel a service, the customer must send a written notice through our online contact form or by email to our customer service department.

Cancellation costs:

  • If the cancellation is made between 29 and 16 days prior to the start date of the service, a penalty of 50% of the contracted price will be applied.
  • For cancellations made between 15 and 7 days prior to the start of the service, the penalty will be 80% of the deposit.
  • Cancellations with 6 days or less notice will result in 100% of the deposit being withheld.


Refunds

Eligibility for reimbursement: Refunds will be processed for services cancelled within the 15-day period or in cases of non-compliance with our terms of service.

Reimbursement process: Once the refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Reimbursement cap: The maximum amount of reimbursement is limited to 90% of the total value of the contracted service, with 10% retained as an administrative fee.


Chargebacks

Definition: A chargeback occurs when a customer disputes a charge with their bank or credit card company instead of requesting a refund directly with us.

Chargeback process:

  1. Upon receipt of a chargeback notification, we will investigate the transaction.
  2. We will provide evidence to the financial institution to validate the charge.
  3. If the chargeback is resolved in our favor, no refund will be made.
  4. If the chargeback is determined to be valid, the refund will be processed according to our policy.


Chargeback prevention:
 We urge customers to contact us directly to resolve any problems before initiating a chargeback.


Special Cases

Personalized services: Services that have been customized or already initiated may not be eligible for full reimbursement.

Force majeure: In cases of force majeure that prevent the provision of the service, each situation will be evaluated individually to determine the options for reimbursement or credit.


Consumer Rights

According to Peruvian law, consumers have the right to:

  • Receive clear information about the contracted services.
  • Request clarification on the terms of the contract.
  • Exercise the right of withdrawal within the terms established by law.


Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute, customers may file a complaint with the Peruvian National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI).

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
