We understand that situations may arise that require cancellation of a service or request for a refund. This policy sets out our terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds, in accordance with the laws of Peru and other applicable regulations.\n\n\nCancellation of Services<\/strong>\n\nCancellation period:<\/strong>\u00a0Customers may cancel contracted services within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase without incurring penalties.\n\nCancellation process:<\/strong>\u00a0To cancel a service, the customer must send a written notice through our online contact form or by email to our customer service department.\n\nCancellation costs:<\/strong>\n

  • If the cancellation is made between 29 and 16 days prior to the start date of the service, a penalty of 50% of the contracted price will be applied.<\/li>\n \t
  • For cancellations made between 15 and 7 days prior to the start of the service, the penalty will be 80% of the deposit.<\/li>\n \t
  • Cancellations with 6 days or less notice will result in 100% of the deposit being withheld.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\nRefunds<\/strong>\n\nEligibility for reimbursement:<\/strong>\u00a0Refunds will be processed for services cancelled within the 15-day period or in cases of non-compliance with our terms of service.\n\nReimbursement process:<\/strong>\u00a0Once the refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.\n\nReimbursement cap:<\/strong>\u00a0The maximum amount of reimbursement is limited to 90% of the total value of the contracted service, with 10% retained as an administrative fee.\n\n\nChargebacks<\/strong>\n\nDefinition:<\/strong>\u00a0A chargeback occurs when a customer disputes a charge with their bank or credit card company instead of requesting a refund directly with us.\n\nChargeback process:<\/strong>\n

    1. Upon receipt of a chargeback notification, we will investigate the transaction.<\/li>\n \t
    2. We will provide evidence to the financial institution to validate the charge.<\/li>\n \t
    3. If the chargeback is resolved in our favor, no refund will be made.<\/li>\n \t
    4. If the chargeback is determined to be valid, the refund will be processed according to our policy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\nChargeback prevention:<\/strong>\u00a0We urge customers to contact us directly to resolve any problems before initiating a chargeback.\n\n\nSpecial Cases<\/strong>\n\nPersonalized services:<\/strong>\u00a0Services that have been customized or already initiated may not be eligible for full reimbursement.\n\nForce majeure:<\/strong>\u00a0In cases of force majeure that prevent the provision of the service, each situation will be evaluated individually to determine the options for reimbursement or credit.\n\n\nConsumer Rights<\/strong>\n\nAccording to Peruvian law, consumers have the right to:\n
