    This Affiliate Program Policy sets forth the terms and conditions under which you may participate in our Affiliate Program.       \"Affiliate Link\" is the unique link provided to affiliates to track customer referrals and purchases.<\/p>\n

        Any individual or entity may apply to join our Affiliate Program. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application for membership at our sole discretion.<\/p>\n

        1. Commissions and Payments<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          We offer a commission for each referred customer who makes a valid purchase through your affiliate link.<\/p>\n

          Commissions are based on a specific percentage of the total amount of the purchase made by the referred customer.<\/p>\n

          Commission payments will be made monthly and may be subject to a minimum threshold of accrued commissions.<\/p>\n

          Payments will be made in the currency chosen by the member, subject to availability.<\/p>\n

          1. Use of Marketing Materials<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            We will provide marketing materials, such as banners, links and promotional resources, to assist you in promoting our products or services.<\/p>\n

            Alteration of the marketing materials provided is not permitted without prior authorization.<\/p>\n

            Marketing materials should only be used in an ethical manner and in compliance with applicable laws.<\/p>\n

            1. Affiliate Responsibilities<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              You must promote our products or services in a professional and ethical manner.<\/p>\n

              You may not make false, misleading or exaggerated statements about our products or services.<\/p>\n

              You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in promoting our program and products.<\/p>\n

              1. Term and Termination<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                The affiliation agreement is for an indefinite term, but either party may terminate it at any time without notice.<\/p>\n

                We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the event of a violation of the terms of this policy.<\/p>\n
